Barista at a Coffee Shop in Nizwa

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in the charming city of Nizwa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

1. Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude
2. Taking orders and accurately operating the cash register
3. Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customers' preferences
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
5. Restocking supplies as needed
6. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt service and addressing any concerns or complaints
7. Adhering to food safety standards at all times
8. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
2. Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee roasting techniques preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
5. Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
6. High school diploma or equivalent education required

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Transportation to and from work will be the responsibility of the employee.
