URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR OMAN.

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Electrician to join our team for operations on 1500 HP and 2000 HP rigs equipped with cyber chair systems and fully mechanized technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of all rig electrical systems.
Ensure operational readiness and efficiency of electrical components on the rig.
Lead the electrical crew, ensuring adherence to HSE standards and operational protocols.
Coordinate with drilling and maintenance teams to support rig uptime and performance.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and safety reports.

Requirements:
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Experience:
Minimum 8 years of oilfield experience, with at least 3 years in the position of Chief Electrician.
Experience on cyber chair-operated and fully mechanized rigs is essential.
Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Working knowledge of English (spoken and written) and proficiency in basic computer operations.

Annual Leave (Encashment): Equivalent to one month's basic salary upon completion of one year of continuous service.
