Job Description:
- Responsible for all day-to-day management and administration of the assigned project in the MEP Division of the Construction BU and associated activities such as projects construction, operations, planning and delivery, project P&L, project QHSE matters, etc.
- Responsible for build program planning and delivery; identifying key issues, constraints & critical path; setting and achieving key milestones; driving program progress; issuing various reports and giving overall direction to the project.
- Responsible for all external stakeholder management with Client, Subcontractor, Consultants, Regulators & Governmental authorities. Responsible for driving engaging and result-oriented discussions with stakeholders to bring solutions and progress to the table.
- Responsible for all internal stakeholder management with HR, PEL, Commercial & Contracts, HSE, Quality, Finance, and other associated corporate and Divisional functions to ensure project delivery as per set program and contract expectations. Responsible for ensuring that project-related issues and concerns are addressed by routine engagement with respective functions.
- Responsible for ensuring all build costs and associated revenue are accurately planned, forecasted, captured, and reported.
- Responsible for all individual and project-specific productivity targets, KPIs, and attainment thereof.
