Construction Foreman

This is a full-time role for a Construction Foreman located on-site in Muscat. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing crews, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to industry standards. Tasks will include coordinating with subcontractors, interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety compliance, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and budget requirements. The foreman will also be required to handle any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Carpentry and Heavy Equipment operation skills
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles
• Strong Communication skills for effective team and project management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Valid certifications or licenses in construction-related fields are a plus
• Experience in managing construction projects in a similar role
