Services are related to Skin, Hair & Body (Laser, Peels, Body Services, Facial treatments & others).

Perform the services as per SOP standards.

Conduct pre-checks for the treatment before beginning the client session.

Explain service/procedure process, benefits, machines used, pre and post treatment care, etc. to the client. For existing clients, check on previous session experience before conducting the session.

Gauge the need for Doctor Intervention, if required during or after service.

Assist Doctors for Doctor led services.

Perform MOH related formalities.

Cross-sell products and maintain stock with the objective of achieving smooth clinic operations, enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the limits imposed by operations processes and local regulatory requirements.

Identify and analyze client skin, hair and body needs.

Drive inputs by highlighting client concerns and recommending dermatologists meet up.

Recommend service line based on the initial diagnosis of client's skin and suitable services.

Make callouts to existing serviced clients for appointments.

Seek client signature on consent form prior to service; prepare and sign Therapy sheet for laser, facial, etc.

Seek Doctor review and counter signature on Therapy sheet, especially Laser; file the documents in the client file.

Perform job-related tasks/activities with consistency, accuracy and thoroughness.

Support in the stock management process of the clinic.

Participate in refresher trainings for therapies as nominated by CM.

Perform services to customers with utmost care and diligence in accordance with the training instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines provided.

Responsible for reporting misconducts and incidents of violation of Code of Conduct (COC)/SOP at clinic level.

Make callouts to clients as per CM instructions.
