Registered Nurse (Nizwa, Oman)

Our reputable healthcare facility in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support to individuals of all ages. The ideal candidate must possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a compassionate personality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Oman or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Compassionate nature with a patient-centered approach to care
