Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate - Litigation at A&CO Law Firm, located in Muscat. The Junior Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing motions, handling court statements and memorandums, and representing clients in courts. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, managing case files, meeting with clients to discuss case strategies, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases. You will be working along senior lawyers and report to the litigation associate or executive manager.

We aim to hire someone for the long term, starting as junior and reaching to be a senior in the future, depending on performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Oman litigation
  • Experience in litigation within the Omani jurisdiction
  • Proficiency in Law and Courts
  • Experience in handling motions and depositions
  • Strong Research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
