<h3>Role Overview</h3>
<p>The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced <b>SCCM Administrator</b> to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Administer and support <b>System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch</b></li>
<li>Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to <b>200,000 clients</b> and <b>20,000 servers</b></li>
<li>Install and configure <b>CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites</b></li>
<li>Manage <b>collections, packages, programs, and advertisements</b></li>
<li>Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments</li>
<li>Troubleshoot client-side issues when software installations fail</li>
<li>Perform <b>monthly patching</b> for enterprise servers (20,000+ servers)</li>
<li>Execute SCCM migrations:
<ul>
<li>SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012</li>
<li>SCCM 2012 to Current Branch</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Manage <b>System Center Endpoint Protection</b> and <b>Windows Defender</b></li>
<li>Perform OS migrations from <b>Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 to Windows 10</b></li>
<li>Handle <b>Incident, Request, and Change Management</b> activities</li>
<li>Support and integrate SCCM with:
<ul>
<li>Active Directory</li>
<li>Exchange</li>
<li>VMware</li>
<li>Citrix</li>
<li>SCOM</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Manage and support <b>Microsoft Intune</b></li>
<li>Provide technical support to customers across global location</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong hands‑on experience in <b>SCCM administration</b> in large enterprise environments</li>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale client and server infrastructures</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills</li>
<li>Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments</li>
<li>Strong communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and end users</li>
