Highly capable Executive Assistant required for a CEO of a global company. The office is located in SOHAR, OMAN, and is open to OMANI NATIONALS ONLY.
The role will rely upon excellent WORD package skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
This position will appeal to an autonomous EA skilled in coordinating a busy international executive's diary and schedule, including travel itineraries, complex documentation, and minutes of meetings.
This is a high-profile role requiring daily liaison with senior personnel within the local organization and overseas. Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are essential.
A diploma in business administration will be highly regarded.
The role is only open to OMANI NATIONALS.
Prior experience in a high-level EA role is essential.
EXCELLENT verbal and written skills in ENGLISH are a must
