We're Hiring: Data Center Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Center Manager to join our Data Center team and lead critical operations in a 24/7 environment. If you thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical settings and have a solid background in DC operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Oman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data center operations: fault management, change control, preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Own and drive incident resolution, capacity planning, and problem management.
  • Guide your team with strong leadership, coaching, and regular performance support.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments and manage CAB meetings for changes.
  • Support a culture of process improvement, operational excellence, and safety compliance.
  • Champion HSE standards and maintain emergency response readiness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Center Operations.
  • Certified in DC operations & implementation (from a recognized institution).
  • Strong understanding of DC SLAs, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical).
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to support 24/7 operations.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
