Job Purpose:

To provide banking assistance to clients by performing a wide range of tasks, ensuring timeliness and customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities revolve around but are not limited to handling and processing accounts, accomplishing requests from clients, and addressing inquiries and complaints, responding to them promptly and efficiently. They must also manage and identify the existing clients' financial and banking needs. Furthermore, as a universal banker, it is crucial to acquire new customers for achieving the bank's objectives, all with due adherence to the processes and policies of the bank.

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies via market scan, competitor scan, and market intelligence. Implement the sales strategies and plans to achieve banking product sales volume.
  • Ensure that the sales targets allocated are achieved and take full accountability of individual targets.
  • Provide an efficient, friendly, professional, and quality service to branch customers based on their needs.
  • Advise customers on investment opportunities, guiding customers through various banking products based on the customer needs; thereby achieving the set cross-sell ratio for each customer.
  • Ensure that the bank's products are introduced to new customers, thereby increasing the bank's market share.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies & regulations.
  • Along with the branch operations staff, facilitate a professional and timely delivery of the bank's products and services to the customers.
  • Measure customer attrition; implement customer retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty.
  • Achieve individual targets for sales and service.
  • Suggest ways to improve turnaround time for various banking products and customer service, thereby enhancing customer experience.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and information on all banking products.
  • Answer all queries, provide information, and guide customers in a manner that projects a positive image of the bank.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

At least 1 year of sales experience with a good understanding of customer segments, quality delivery, and a presentable manner.

  • Good knowledge of basic computer skills.
  • Team orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
