Principal Consultant - Salt Technology & Digital Outsourcing - UAE & KSA

3-month initial contract - with extensions

I am seeking an XT Architect to join my client on an initial 3-month contract, with potential extensions, specializing in designing and integrating digital experience platforms and customer-centric technologies.

What You'll Do:

  1. Build and maintain complex, high-quality React JS web applications using Next.js, Typescript, Redux/MobX, and modern frontend architectures (monolith/micro-frontend).
  2. Develop React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android, working with native modules and build tools like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using TDD, Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha.
  4. Optimize performance and accessibility, ensuring compliance with SEO standards and ARIA guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect front-end solutions that seamlessly integrate with REST APIs and GraphQL backends.
  6. Utilize responsive/adaptive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) to ensure consistency across all devices.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug across web and mobile platforms, resolving complex technical issues and dependency conflicts.

What You Bring:

React JS Expertise:

  • Familiarity with performance and security optimization tools.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (a11y) and SEO principles.

React Native Expertise:

  • Experience in iOS/Android development, with familiarity with native tools (XCode, IntelliJ, etc.).
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and offline data handling.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, or Java for native integrations.
