Land Surveyor

As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps, and collect data for construction projects. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map land features. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals. This contract job is based in Khasab and does not include accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this position.

We are seeking a highly skilled land surveyor who is fluent in English and has experience in conducting land surveys. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in land surveying. You must have a thorough understanding of surveying equipment and techniques, as well as proficiency in CAD software. Good physical fitness is also important as this job may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps and reports
- Communicate with project team members to ensure accurate data collection
- Keep detailed records of all survey data and findings
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites
- Provide support to engineers and architects during the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work
