Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in MEP equipment and systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on MEP systems.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other technicians and project team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MEP technology and practices.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an MEP Technician.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in MEP trades are desirable.
