Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in MEP equipment and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on MEP systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with other technicians and project team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MEP technology and practices.
- Proven experience as an MEP Technician.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in MEP trades are desirable.
