Role Description

We are hiring a Marketing & Campaigns Coordinator to support the execution of digital promotions and marketing tools. The coordinator will handle daily marketing activities, including coupons, landing pages, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seeb, Oman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch promotional campaigns via marketing tools:
  • Coupons, landing pages, charity/loyalty programs, SMS, bundles, etc.
  • Coordinate with the marketing agency for seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness across departments
  • Track and optimise campaign performance
  • Draft marketing content for customer communications and promotions
  • Maintain consistency in branding and messaging

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience in marketing coordination or project management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of SEO, SMS tools, or loyalty/discount systems
  • Interest in e-commerce, gifting, or regional cultural trends
