Your Mission

To provide fast, accessible, and digital lending solutions for SMEs. In this role, that means:

  • Ensuring our company remains fully compliant with all AML and KYC regulations, while supporting our Head of Compliance in managing complex cases and developing strategies for compliance across our Oman operations.

Success in this role means:

  • Completing customer risk assessments within agreed SLAs
  • Maintaining high-quality work against defined Quality Assurance standards
  • Owning intricate compliance reviews and resolving high-risk cases within SLA

  • Reporting to - Senior Compliance Analyst

  • Interviews - 2 rounds

Day to day, you will...

  • Assist in implementing company compliance and AML-CFT policies, procedures, systems, and controls, reviewing and updating based on FSA requirements.
  • Identify, manage, and report on key compliance risks using the prescribed risk-based approach.
  • Review business and investor onboarding, KYC-AML, source of funds, and CDD files for regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing annual reports such as the Annual Compliance Report, Compliance Monitoring Program, Annual AML Return, and other regulatory reports.
  • Train staff regularly on Ethics, AML, Bribery, Sanctions, and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Provide advice on international transactions to ensure compliance with UN, OFAC, FATF, and Oman rules.
  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures based on regulator communications.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compliance systems and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure procedures and policies (including contracts) comply with applicable laws.
  • Stay updated with relevant compliance policies and communications.
  • Complete business compliance onboarding accurately and timely.
