Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our talented team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into our systems and develop scalable architectures. Your contributions will enhance our products and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop scalable machine learning models and algorithms for specific business problems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify machine learning opportunities.
  3. Implement and optimize model deployment pipelines for production environments.
  4. Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
  6. Document processes and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with model evaluation metrics and validation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
  • Passion for machine learning and eagerness to stay industry-current.
