Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your area. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of managerial and departmental executives to provide outstanding client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
3. Establishing parameters, providing quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
4. Providing feedback on market conditions, including trends and competition, based on direct sales, telephone, and direct mail efforts.
5. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system upkeep.
6. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.

• Ideally hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in governmental sales and a hospitality background is required.
• Local experience and Arabic language skills are preferred.
