Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for electrical works in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Checklists, and Quality Control Procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical installation and construction activities.
  • Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and applicable standards.
  • Inspect electrical equipment, materials, cable installations, termination, earthing, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and project quality records.
  • Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
  • Raise and close NCRs, observations, and punch points as required.
  • Monitor material inspections and ensure materials conform to approved specifications.
  • Participate in testing and commissioning inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements.
  • Support internal quality audits and maintain audit-related documentation.
  • Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of inspection and quality requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / EEE.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical QA/QC.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
  • Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
  • Experience with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, MIR, WIR, inspection checklists, and quality reports.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Substation / Switchyard project experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams and clients.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: OMR 300- 400 per month ( INR Rs 74000 - RS 1,00,000)

  • Working Hours : 8 Hours Daily
  • Age Limit : Below 38 years
  • Medical & Insurance : Provided by the Company.

  • Visa Type : Employment Visa
  • Only GCC candidates are required with min 1-2 years .
  • Contract Period : 2 Years
