Job Summary
The Hiredesk Coordinator at CDhorizon is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract settlement process, ensuring efficient management of customer contracts, negotiations, and payment recovery. This role involves collaborating with business teams to resolve contractual disputes, improving collection rates, and supporting key projects and system implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and negotiation skills, with experience in business contract management and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Settlement & Management
- Manage business contract settlements, including negotiation, review, and recovery of non-standard contracts.
- Ensure timely settlement confirmations and improve contract collection rates.
- Identify and resolve long-standing unrecovered contracts and unconfirmed settlements.
- Assist in payment collection and follow up on customer payment issues.
Business Support & Conflict Resolution
- Support business teams in contract negotiation, approval, and signing processes.
- Handle business and customer emergencies, resolving conflicts with clients (Party A) effectively.
Settlement & Payment Tracking
- Complete settlement tasks and monitor customer payment status, ensuring timely resolution of payment delays.
Project & System Implementation
- Lead planning and execution of departmental special projects and key initiatives.
- Drive system implementation and process improvements within the department.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide accurate data for weekly and monthly operational reports.
Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, sales operations, contract management, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in construction company operations is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of contract order and settlement processes in a business environment.
- Ability to identify operational issues and provide professional judgment and solutions.
- Experience in customer public relations, with the ability to handle disputes and guide teams in problem-solving.
- Team management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
