نخبة النخبة في الإنتاج المرئي: مبدع/ـة "مهووس/ـة بالجودة"، متعدّد/ة المهارات، لا يرضى/ترضى بأقل من المثالية، أعماله وصلت لملايين المشاهدات ويمكن الوقوف لها فخورًا من أي زاوية.

مهامك الأساسية
  • قيادة دورة الإنتاج كاملة: فكرة → سكربت/ستوريبورد → تجهيز اللوكيشن والمعدات → تصوير → مونتاج → تصحيح ألوان → مكساج صوت → Motion/GFX.
  • إنتاج صيغ متعددة لمنصات مختلفة: 9:16، 1:1، 16:9 (Reels/Shorts/TikTok/YouTube/إعلانات).
  • ابتكار أفكار "تحوّل المشاهد إلى عميل": هوكس قوية، رسائل واضحة، CTA مقنع.
  • إدارة عدّة مشاريع بالتوازي، تسليم ضمن الجداول الزمنية، ومعايير جودة ثابتة.
  • تواصل راقٍ مع العملاء: فهم المتطلبات، إدارة التوقعات، واستلام/إدماج الملاحظات باحتراف.
  • التنسيق مع فريق التسويق لتجربة نسخ وعناوين ومصغّرات (Thumbnails) تزيد الأداء.
  • تجهيز باكدجات لقطات (B-roll) ومكتبة أصول منظّمة قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام.
  • التصوير الميداني داخل مسقط وخارجها عند الحاجة.
ما نريده فيك
  • خبرة متينة تُثبتها أعمالك (Portfolio قوي مع روابط مباشرة).
  • إجادة عملية لبرامج: Adobe Premiere Pro، After Effects، Audition، و/أو DaVinci Resolve.
  • عين سينمائية للّقطات والإضاءة وتكوين المشهد، وذائقة قوية في الألوان والصوت.
  • سرعة تنفيذ مع انضباط وثبات جودة (حتى تحت الضغط).
  • إبداع + عقلية تجريب: تختبر فورمات متنوعة وتقرأ النتائج وتطوّر عليها.
  • تواصل راقٍ وإدارة علاقات عميلة بدون دراما.
  • امتلاك معدات تصوير/درون ميزة إضافية (ليست شرطًا).
  • يشترط أن يكون المتقدّم/ة عُماني/ـة الجنسية.
  • رخصة قيادة ومرونة في التنقل ميزة إضافية.
