Planning & Reporting Engineer

NES Fircroft is seeking a Planning & Reporting Engineer to join a major operator supporting a project in Oman. The role will initially be based in Paris before relocating to Sohar, Oman.

As a Planning & Reporting Engineer, you will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and progress measurement activities during the project's execution phase, as well as for project-level reporting throughout the project.

• Supervise, control, and coordinate activities related to Work Packages scheduling, planning, and progress measurement, including active participation in developing the integrated project schedule and progress tracking.
• Develop and maintain project-level schedules, analyze critical paths, identify potential clashes, and propose remedial actions.
• Ensure the availability of updated and accurate scheduling and progress documentation at all times.
• Prepare and deliver project reports (weekly, monthly), and assist in internal follow-up meetings and shareholder updates.

The role requires strict confidentiality and reports to the Project Control Lead.

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's preferred), with 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Mandatory proficiency in PRIMAVERA scheduling software.
• Fluent in English.
