Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our Marketing team at The Sustainable City – Yiti. As a key member of the team, the designer will be responsible for supporting the creation of graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various projects. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure consistent and high-quality visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various campaigns, materials, and digital platforms.
  • Design layouts and visual elements for print and digital channels, including websites, social media, brochures, posters, slides and more.
  • Ensure design consistency across all marketing materials while adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative design concepts to enhance the overall marketing strategy.
  • Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or brand-oriented environment.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • A good understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales team.

Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating proficiency in working across print and digital media, contributing to marketing strategies, and managing multiple design projects.

  • Creativity and ability to bring fresh, new ideas to the table, contributing innovative and original concepts to the team.
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate designs effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to changing project/ task needs.
