The Reflexologist is responsible for providing professional reflexology treatments to guests, focusing on pressure points in the feet, hands, and ears to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing. The role requires expert knowledge of reflexology techniques, client care, and adherence to hygiene and wellness standards in a luxury spa setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality reflexology treatments in accordance with the spa's service standards and protocols.
  • Assess guest needs and tailor treatments to address individual wellness goals (e.g., stress relief, circulation, detoxification).
  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for guests at all times.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and treatment notes when applicable.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of reflexology and suggest aftercare or follow-up sessions.
  • Ensure all treatment areas and equipment are sanitized and prepared before and after each service.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in reflexology and holistic therapies.
  • Report any health concerns or feedback from guests to the Spa Manager for appropriate follow-up.
  • Comply with hotel hygiene, safety, and wellness protocols.
  • Assist the spa team during peak hours or in supporting guest needs when not in session.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Certified Reflexologist with formal training from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of reflex zones and holistic therapy practices.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Calm, professional demeanor with a nurturing and intuitive approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy and respect for all guests.
  • Flexible with work schedules including weekends and public holidays.
