Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experiencedSenior Masterplanner / Urban Designerto join our team in Muscat with immediate availability. The ideal candidate will bringat least 7 years of professional experiencein large-scale masterplanning, urban design, and public realm projects, with a strong focus onsustainability, context sensitivity, andtechnical competence.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality masterplans, urban design strategies, and public realm frameworks.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and concept development.
• Familiar withBUA, GFA, GLA, FAR, parking calculations, etc.
• Produce clear and compelling visual presentations, diagrams, and design reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, and engineers.
• Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in urban planning and design.
• Familiar withOmani and GCC planning regulationsandzoning codes.
• Proven experience in preparingaccurate planning calculations(BUA, GFA, GLA, FAR, parking requirements, etc.).
• Proficiency inAutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Twinmotion.
• Excellent design, communication, and visualization skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
