Role Objective:The retail Sales Representative shall provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints are essential.
Job Description:- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Have full knowledge of all group products & services to provide cross-sell opportunities
- Manage returns and exchanges as per company policy
- Provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the team leader
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Achieve KPIs given by the line manager
- Share ideas and suggestions for improvements and implement them where possible
- Achieve yearly targets by reaching at least 100%
- Fill the individual target sheet daily
- Maintain product guidelines, procedures, and selling tips programs
- Take charge of product sales to clients, answer product-related questions, and encourage cross-selling
- Attend product-related training to stay updated on product information and updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Encourage customer feedback through established platforms
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and work to improve them
- Handle all transactions as per established procedures
- Receive payments through approved methods
- Adhere to all OP policies and procedures
- Attend basic HSE training and awareness sessions
- Handle incidents as per HSE policies
- Monitor last-mile delivery routes
- Communicate accurate information to the courier team for shipments and special handling
- Work flexible schedules/shifts as required
- Support other branches when needed
- Maintain scheduled financial covenants
- Perform any other activities assigned by the manager
