Role Description

We're looking for a resource to join our client in the UAE as a Junior Project Manager who will be responsible to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager or Project Lead, the Junior PM is responsible for assisting in coordinating activities, managing timelines, tracking budgets, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational project management experience looking to grow into a more senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Support


• Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.


• Support the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.


• Participate in the estimation of resources and budget planning.

Execution & Coordination


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.


• Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.


• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations, tasks, and resource allocations.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement


• Prepare and deliver project status reports, updates, and presentations for stakeholders.


• Support communication between project team members, departments, and external parties.


• Escalate risks and issues to senior management as needed.

Documentation & Reporting


• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, change requests, meeting minutes, and progress reports.


• Track KPIs and milestones, and generate reports for internal and client use.


• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards.

Quality & Risk Management


• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues with appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or junior project management roles.


• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).


• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).


• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
