Nurse Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a nurse, with strong leadership and communication skills. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing support and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
2. Monitor patient care and ensure that all treatments and procedures are carried out correctly.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
5. Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
6. Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
2. Valid nursing license in Salalah.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse.
4. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
