JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee the company's brokerage activities, by managing and administrating the team using effective operational procedures and creating strategies to align company's goals and objectives towards performance and growth, and building affiliations and networks to strengthen a long term relationship with the market.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales, augmented turnover and generate desired targets.
- Manage the team and provide them with direction and coach them with high morale and team spirit to maintain productivity by communicating business goals and objectives. This includes financial performance, control of costs, performance of people, and the delivery of world-class customer service.
- Identify roles and responsibilities of team members, design processes, workflow, identify gaps and the required set of skills.
- Engage in business & strategy development by identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.
- Identify existing gaps and craft solutions to develop new business leads and enhance the revenue stream.
- Stay updated about market trends, competitor activities, business opportunities, and product improvements by plotting client requirements against real estate solutions.
- Be responsible for the acquisition of new clients and expanding the relationship with existing clients, by consistently interacting and networking with key influencers and stakeholders.
- Review proposed project plans to develop an efficient acquisition proposal.
- Interact directly with developers & clients and redress queries & issues to their optimum satisfaction.
- Devise innovative brokerage strategies and promotional programs for maximum market share.
- Deliver detailed periodical reports and plans that illustrate KPIs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience of not less than 7 years in a management role in a sales-related field with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in Arabic & English with excellent persuasive, communication, and relationship skills.
- Ability to handle highly pressurized working environments in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Experience in leading and training a team of property consultants of different nationalities and capabilities.
- A planner and a strategist with an analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving personality.
