AZD Engineering Consultancy is a leading architectural consultancy based in Muscat, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across Oman. Our portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Design Manager to lead and oversee the design and execution of healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex architectural projects, particularly in the healthcare sector, and possess strong leadership and design skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design process for healthcare projects from concept through completion.


• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and high-quality outputs.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align project objectives.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.


• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on healthcare projects.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with Omani building codes and healthcare facility requirements is a plus.
