• Manage warehouse layout and slotting for efficient picking.
• Maintain business continuity plans for disruption.
• Maintain customs and export documentation to the required standard.
• Control transport and warehousing costs against budget.
• Manage stock ageing and obsolescence.
• Onboard new suppliers and set service expectations.
