Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by acting as the ambassador of the restaurant, interacting with guests both on the telephone and in person. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality, attentiveness, and timing of our Food & Beverage service. Your role significantly influences guest satisfaction. Key duties include ensuring the timely service and efficient operation of restaurant activities, creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining professionalism in guest interactions, and receiving guest feedback. You must understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures regarding guest service, personal discipline, and grooming.
