SAP Ariba Architect

The SAP Ariba Architect will be responsible for understanding business requirements, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions in SAP Ariba. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules, mainly in Commerce Automation and Buying, with SAP MM and FI integration.

1. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba module implementations and integrations.
2. Projects: Proven experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects in E-commerce automation and Buying.
3. Expertise: Hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, Buying, and E-commerce Automation; managing enhancements to meet business needs; solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain, Materials Management, and a fair understanding of Finance processes.
4. Project Leadership: Architect, review, and lead end-to-end SAP Ariba projects, representing Business & Internal IT to ensure correct solution implementation.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions; coordinate with the implementation team and report risks and progress timely.
6. Design and Implement Solutions: Architect and develop SAP Ariba solutions to optimize procurement processes aligned with business requirements and best practices.
7. Integration: Configure SAP Ariba to integrate seamlessly with SAP MM, SAP FI, and other ERP systems.
8. Customer Requirements: Define customer objectives and business goals to implement tailored SAP Ariba solutions; strong understanding of procurement, commerce automation, and Ariba Network.
9. Master Data Integration: Optimize master data integration between SAP backend systems and Ariba.
10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
11. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRWs, training manuals, integration trackers, and SOPs.
12. Certifications: SAP Ariba Certification is highly preferred.
