Role Description

This is a full-time position based in KSA for a Facade Estimator / Quantity Surveyor. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, tendering, and managing project budgets related to facade works, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facade estimation and quantity surveying in aluminium and glass projects
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of industry standards and quality control processes
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications in quantity surveying or facade estimation are preferred
