Job Description
As a Demi Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in preparing appetizers, meats, and vegetables for entrees. You will also ensure proper food presentation and that each customer receives high-quality food promptly. Additionally, you will participate in selecting and training new kitchen team members and enforce health and safety standards. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene is essential. The role requires working efficiently and quickly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or culinary certification
• Minimum one year of experience as a Demi Chef in hotels and restaurants
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
• Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence
