Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creatively driven Videographer & Animator to join our team full time. This hybrid role blends live-action video production with animation and motion graphics expertise. You'll be responsible for creating captivating video content and animations across brand campaigns, events, digital media, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content including event coverage, promotional videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and brand films.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Design and animate 2D/3D assets, explainers, logo animations, lower thirds, intros/outros, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and events teams to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identities.
• Execute full post-production workflows including video editing, sound design, color correction, and animation compositing.
• Adapt video and animated content into various formats for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Organize and maintain a digital archive of video assets, templates, and project files.
• Stay updated with trends in video production, animation styles, content marketing, and platform-specific formats.
• Support live productions, livestream setups, and motion graphic overlays when needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both videography and animation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with video and audio equipment, lighting, and drone operation.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel and cover on-ground events and activations as needed.
• Photography and/or illustration skills are a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar hybrid role at an agency or production studio.
