JOB PURPOSE

Plans, schedules, organizes, coordinates and executes the design work on projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Operation
  2. Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
  3. Determines clients' preferences regarding materials, styles, colors, and other variables.
  4. Assist in preparing and presenting designs.
  5. Modify new or existing plans as required.
  6. Support in meetings with Design Consultants.
  7. Assist, monitor and ensure timely submittals of all documents from the Design Consultants to all government departments until final necessary permits are obtained to proceed with the works to final completion.
  8. Coordinate the Technical Department Team for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of design aspects.
  9. Prepare contract layouts of released products.
  10. Prepare area take-offs from CAD drawings.
  11. Assist in upgrade works and client modifications.
  12. Assist in brief preparation.
  13. Assist in Krookie preparation.
  14. Assist in design reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Design, Consultancy and Construction or Real Estate field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook, ACAD, Photoshop, Revit, 3D Max.
