Sr. Quantity Survey Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and track project expenses and report on cost variances
• Prepare and submit progress payment applications and final accounts
• Provide support to the project team on all commercial and contractual matters
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on all quantity surveying matters

Qualification/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying for EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel and work in China and Oman for project assignments
• Minimum 10 years of Offshore experience
