Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Chiller Maintenance & Service solutions to B2B and B2C clients in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with in-depth knowledge of Trane, York, Carrier, and McQuay, Daikin, Petra chillers. This role requires a solid understanding of the Middle East HVAC market, local business dynamics, and competitive strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for chiller maintenance and HVAC services.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential customers, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, malls, hotels, data centers, and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Promote maintenance contracts and service agreements for Trane, York, Carrier, and McQuay & Daikin chillers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities in the Middle East HVAC market.
  • Work closely with procurement teams, facility managers, and MEP consultants to position our services effectively.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service execution and support.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop competitive pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in HVAC industry events, networking sessions, and trade exhibitions to expand market reach.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-7 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in HVAC, Chiller Maintenance & Services.

HVAC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Middle East market trends, including:

  • Demand for energy-efficient cooling solutions in high-temperature climates.
  • Government regulations and incentives for sustainable HVAC solutions.
  • Awareness of local business culture and decision-making processes in Oman.

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Trane, York, Carrier, and McQuay, Daikin chillers.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Driving License: Valid Oman/GCC driving license is mandatory.

Independence & Target Achievement: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle business development effectively.
