Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and pipeline generation in the EMEA region.

This role will focus on developing and executing localized marketing programs, supporting regional sales efforts, and driving engagement with enterprise customers, partners, and developers across diverse industries.

You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Alliances, Product Marketing, and Communication teams to plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs, including events, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional demand-generation campaigns.

About You
  • Possess experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products and SaaS solutions.
  • Have experience working in the EMEA markets.
  • Hold excellent academic results, preferably with a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on mindset and ability to test various marketing assumptions to scale the most efficient ways of achieving positive marketing results.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset, always testing, learning, and optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Show objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
