We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our healthcare team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions using catheter-based procedures such as angioplasty and stenting. This role demands precision, critical thinking, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including coronary angiograms, angioplasty, and stent placements.
• Evaluate patients with heart and vascular conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including surgeons, anesthetists, and other specialists.
• Supervise and interpret stress tests, echocardiograms, and other cardiac assessments.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care to ensure optimal outcomes and patient recovery.
• Participate in the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• DM / DNB in Cardiology with specialization in Interventional Cardiology
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in interventional procedures
• Valid medical license (OMSB preferred or eligibility to obtain it)
• Completed Data Flow and OMSB verification processes (preferred)
