To ensure that all DBA and integration operations are run effectively and smoothly.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and architect the Data Warehouse and Power BI.
  2. Review and enhance the current systems integrations.
  3. Provide monthly status reports of databases and integration.
  4. Enhance the process of Database health and integrity control.
  5. Enhance the database policies and procedures and contribute proactively to ICT Team Knowledge and Skills Enhancements.
  6. Develop and maintain databases using one or more industry-standard database systems.
  7. Ensure data security as well as easy retrieval of data.
  8. Design, implement, and repair database elements as per requirement.
  9. Support system testing and database backup requirements on an ongoing basis.
  10. Ensure that database-related incidents, events, problems, and service requests for in-house applications get closed efficiently and consistently.
  11. Pro-actively liaise with other ICT service teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  12. Provide support to ensure day-to-day activities and checks as part of the ongoing maintenance of the application database are carried out promptly.
  13. Ensure compliance with quality management, risk management, ICT security policies and procedures.
  14. Design, implement, and manage a centralized data warehouse for all systems.
  15. Design, implement, and manage Business Intelligence dashboards and data analytics.
  16. Develop, deploy, and maintain application integrations, API integrations, and other relevant integrations required for seamless functioning of the business practice.
  17. Develop integration design and document it as per best-in-class industry standards.
  18. Collaborate with development teams and systems providers to architect, design, build, and implement integrations.
  19. Design and implement data integration components such as SQL queries, stored procedures, and integration with system front-end components.
  20. Ensure that integration error-related incidents, events, problems, and service requests get closed in an efficient, consistent, and timely manner.
  21. Conduct gap analysis and identify new opportunities for digital innovations.
  22. Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 support when required.
