We are currently hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi Oman. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary
1300$ per month tax-free plus attractive commission structure
