ABOUT THE ROLE
Royal Grammar School Guildford Muscat (RGS) is seeking an enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A Level. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop confidence and excellence in mathematics within a high-performing British international school.
SALARY & BENEFITS — OVERSEAS HIRE
- Start Date: August 2026
- Salary: $2,501 - $3,522
- Housing Allowance: Monthly housing allowance
- Settling-in Allowance: OMR 500
- Freight Allowance: OMR 400
- Airfare: Annual return airfare for eligible staff and dependents
- Medical Insurance: Provided
- Tuition Discount: 100% tuition remission for up to two children
- End-of-Service Gratuity: In accordance with Oman Labour Law
- Contract Length: 2 years (renewable)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons.
- Plan, assess, and monitor student progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet student needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Participate in school activities and professional development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
- PGCE/PGSSE (Mathematics) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience.
- British Curriculum experience preferred.
- Eligible for an Oman work visa.
