POSITION SUMMARY

Respond to guest repair requests and attend to maintenance issues. Perform minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaky faucets. Conduct miscellaneous minor repairs including tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain daily logs of operations, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues.

Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete necessary safety training and certifications. Ensure a clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive relationships with colleagues, and respond to concerns appropriately. Adhere to quality standards and expectations.

Physical requirements include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and inspecting tools and equipment. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific licenses or certifications needed.
