To oversee and execute all civil and painting maintenance activities for plant facilities, industrial buildings, and associated infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations in compliance with company and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil and painting maintenance activities for process plants, buildings, and infrastructure.
- Inspect, assess, and recommend repair solutions for concrete structures, steel structures, roads, drainage systems, and architectural finishes.
- Manage surface preparation, protective coatings, painting, and corrosion control works.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to execute jobs safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work orders, maintenance schedules, material requisitions, and work completion reports through SAP.
- Conduct site inspections and identify civil and painting defects requiring corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, HSE policies, and safe work practices.
- Maintain records, technical documentation, inspection reports, and maintenance history.
- Participate in shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency maintenance activities as required.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil and painting maintenance in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Industry.
- DAE with 15 years of relevant experience in civil and painting maintenance may be considered. Experience must be in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Industry.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP maintenance modules.
