Overview

Barista position at a top level coffee shop inside Erbil International Airport, Iraq.

Compensation and Benefits

SALARY: TOTAL USD 700 per month (Salary paid in IQD Iraqi Dinars)

Plus: free accommodation, free transportation, tips (distributed monthly), bonus (up to USD 100 per month, depending on monthly targets), and Employee of the Month ($50 reward).

DAY OFFs: 1 day off per week

Work Location and Conditions

WORK LOCATION: Inside of the Erbil International Airport, Iraq, a coffee shop

Accommodation location: the accommodation is located in a private compound called ATCONZ, Erbil, Iraq (just 10 minutes driving from the airport)

Contract Duration: 3 years

Vacations: Every 1.5 years for 30 days. The company will pay for leave air ticket Erbil-home country-Erbil.

Social Security and Financial Terms

Social Security: As per Iraq rules and labor department (Law No. 39 of 1971), all workers must have social security. Total 17% of basic salary (12% paid by the company and 5% paid by the employee). The company will deduct 5% from your BASIC salary monthly, USD 10 (fully refundable by the end of the contract).

Security Deposit: The Company will deduct one month salary in 10 installments, each 10% of your total monthly salary (USD 70 each month x 10 months). This amount will be refunded in full when you leave the company without causing any damage.
