The Game Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, cleanliness, and safety of all indoor play equipment and arcade games. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safety of children and guests, conducting basic maintenance, and maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Greet and assist guests with game instructions and information

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

  • Ensure a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for all visitors

  • Assist in reception admission and coffee shop sales

2. Safety

  • Monitor children's behavior and activity in game areas

  • Enforce safety rules and report violations

  • Perform routine safety checks of equipment

3. Maintenance

  • Conduct daily start-up and shutdown checks of games

  • Report technical malfunctions promptly

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs

4. Cleaning

  • Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean and sanitized

  • Follow cleaning schedule and protocols

5. Daily Operations

  • Assist with day-to-day operations in the shop, coffee shop, or reception

  • Help with marketing activities
