Job Title: Salon Host & Retail Advisor

Job Description:

Truefitt & Hill, the world's oldest barbershop and a symbol of refined British grooming, is looking for an elegant, confident, and service-driven Salon Host & Retail Advisor to join our team in Muscat.

As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will create an exceptional salon experience while providing tailored recommendations from our premium grooming product collection. This role blends luxury hospitality with retail expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Warmly welcome clients and ensure their comfort upon arrival.
  2. Manage bookings, walk-ins, and appointment confirmations with precision.
  3. Present and promote Truefitt & Hill's luxury grooming products with in-depth product knowledge.
  4. Assist clients with product selection, upselling, and creating a personalized shopping experience.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail and reception area.
  6. Process retail and service transactions using the POS system.
  7. Coordinate client flow with barbers and therapists to ensure seamless service.
  8. Handle post-service feedback and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  9. Uphold the brand's heritage and excellence through every client interaction.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, grooming, or retail environments.
  2. Fluent in English and Arabic – both spoken and written.
  3. Presentable and professional with a friendly, confident demeanor.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Passion for grooming, luxury retail, or fashion is highly desirable.
  6. Experience with POS systems and customer service tools is an advantage.
