About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties include:
- Leading engineering teams in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Managing the programming and administration of BMS systems to support facility operations.
- Planning and coordinating BMS upgrades and hardware/software installations to improve efficiency and energy savings.
- Scheduling and executing preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems via BMS management.
- Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance of BMS systems.
- Monitoring system data, identifying improvements, and suggesting programming changes for operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Implementing departmental policies and monitoring adherence to maintain high standards of service and excellence.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
- Problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management, and attention to detail skills.
