About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties include:

  1. Leading engineering teams in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives, quality standards, and project timelines.
  2. Managing the programming and administration of BMS systems to support facility operations.
  3. Planning and coordinating BMS upgrades and hardware/software installations to improve efficiency and energy savings.
  4. Scheduling and executing preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems via BMS management.
  5. Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance of BMS systems.
  6. Monitoring system data, identifying improvements, and suggesting programming changes for operational efficiency.
  7. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  8. Implementing departmental policies and monitoring adherence to maintain high standards of service and excellence.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced).
  • Problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management, and attention to detail skills.
